You can get a street bike master, most can ran both ways. If you go to a stunters forum/website, they can tell you what ones work for that. Its common for stunt bikes to have 2 rear calipers, one is controlled by the foot brake and other is by a master under the clutch lever. Then you will need a really long braided line to the rear caliper. This setup eliminates the foot pedal, I seen the foot brake master, that also allows use for a hand master. Utility quads and auto-clutch quads have these type systems, maybe look into those.
