    Thanks.....all went well at the track, but for some reason i have no power to the starter.....

    I dont mind the kick starter but it seems to get stuck in the down position .....have to pull it up by hand , That just getting old!

    That's a simple fix...... it's just dirty. We took our side cover off and cleaned the kick starter and the clutches before every race. If you want I'll pm you how to do it.

    Where did you get your a-arms and swinger from? we are looking at starting to build ours up, so supension is first!

    Most everything a have bought are from people on this site!!!
    the swingarm is off a apex i bought on ebay from westcoast minis

    Etondaddy...... I took the the cover off and cleand it and lubed the kick starter gears and it seems to be working great.....just a little worried about putting lube there....seems like it could get on my belt some how?

    The key to the clean job is to take the gear out of the case and clean and lub the groove that the wire hicky that holds it into the case rides. Just a very little high temp grease......I know it's something we've all worried about. But I've never had a problem.
