Cook drops the hammer as he exits his pit.

Ryan Lane was putting in a great ride and it looked like he had a shot for the podium if he could keep up the pace!

Chris Bithell as well was now in the top 5 as the laps counted down

Borich had clawed his way to the front and was now in control

Kiser was pushing hard as well, every point could play out here at the last round for several riders

The wind and sun had helped alot in the field sections, and the racers could make up some ground. Jeff Pickens was movin' out!!

The creek was keeping everyone nice and wet

Kirkland was having quite a bttle in XC2. He needed to finish 8th or better to take the XC2 championship and he would see his position change all day long.

These hills werent near as big as the others, but they provided enough of an elevation change after being soaked in the creek to be a handfull.

Rob Oakley couldnt take a break even when there wasnt a hill or creek to tackle, ruts were deep and roots were doing a great job of putting a pounding on the riders.
