    Gearing and clutch setup

I just got my son a Cobra 50. The clutch seems to kick in a little high and abruptly for his ability right now. He's 5 years old and kinda small. I need to kind of mellow it out until he gets a feel for it. Any suggestions?

I don't have alot of time to talk on the phone, but I changed the clutch from ()()()()()((ll to ()()()()()l and made a big improvement, but it still is kinda hard to control. Should I go take more out or should I gear it lower?

I'm running a big job on the lathe right now and I can get over here and post between passes. I can't hear on the phone with that beast running.

Use the normal clutch stack but put a washer in the exhaust system to ‘detune’ the engine
