if your doing 450r shocks you might as well get the 450r swingarm since your extending your swingarm anyways. it takes a little modding to get it on but nothing major.

    +2 longer
    +2 wider in front
    +3 wider in back

you will want the front wider then the back. yyou want this becuase you can corner faster as in ride harder into the corners and come out fast with the rear end wider the rear will slide out from underneath you a lot more with the rear wider. for front i would go with 450r for cheap.

Well heres some pics. My cameras settings were off so the pics are fuzzy, will get better ones this week or weekend.

Excuse the mess my tools spilled and my camera was dying so i snapped some pics.

Still gotta take some stuff off but its almost bare.

Poor motor,i dont think the guy before me cared about it,i rode it 3-5 times before the clutch went and look at the internals, looks like the cam and rockers are GONE.

You can see how worn down the one rocker is and the same side of the cam is too.

Messy work bench, had it cleaned but i was rushing.

Let me know guys,im going to race in the jr woodsman class this summer so it will be epic, here are some mods i plan on,my mind changed and i like were its going.

    +3 +1 full flight a arms.
450 shocks revalved by gt thunder.
    Black fullbores.
    G force axle.
    ITP Beadlocks in black.
    HMF in red.
    Stage 3 cam,oversized valves,wiseco piston,port and polish,all that good stuff running on VP-110.
Swing arm from a 450r or lengthen my stock one.
Red silencer, hubs, and maybe other tiny things, mostly black.
    Holeshot xcr's.
    400ex carb.
    Pro peg nerfs.

    You get the flow.

i reguards to your wanteing to extend the swingarm yourself i would not recomend that becasue it will change the geometry of your suspension and you might not want that you would probley be better to just find a used 450r swing arm and put it under your quad also i agree with +1 in the front and if its with 400ex a-arms then its gonna be like +2.4 or something i dont know the exact measurements but i dont thik alot of ppl on here were sugesting anything cause it seems like you already have your mind made up on what you want to do lol but it sounds like it will be a good build cant wait to see it . also are you gonna bore it or stroke it with any of the powroll kits i really want to do there 350 stroker with 12.2 piston and see how long it would hold up in hairscrambles

im parting out a 300ex. hers my aftermarket part i have
-brand new maier race cuts, out of the box twice, never mounted, holes aint even been drilled.
-dg nerfs, red with red nets.
-red moose handle bars(ridden with twice)
    -durablue front wheel spacers
    -2 sets of stock a-arms
-ac standard bumper(slightly bent, but not bad at all)
    -ac nerfs with black nets
-homemade grab bar(2 peices of flatstock, with a pipe in the middle)
