My first adventure to a race like this. Fwiw VIR is a whopping 15 minutes from Birch Creek MX.
Borrowed a lens from a friend.....Canon Macro 70-300. Slow AF......but not bad. Did most of my shooting around 1/125 all day...for the wheel blur. So with the slower AF I had a higher trash rate.....but still managed some good shots. Definitely will stick to the L glass.....
