    Powder Coat Curing Procedures..

Yeah, well what are some ways I can cure powder coating's.

I know you can cure them in an oven, but most of the ovens I have seen on most websites are upwards of $4000, and for me to just start thats alot.

Are there many 'kitchen' ovens that would fit a frame in them?

What about Infrared ovens? I have seen one, that is ran off of Propane, but you have to move it around to cure every location, and it costs around $400.

Could you cure using a simple torch.. or would that just be a pain in the arse?

go to columbia's site and look at the tech artical....they show it being done using the infared system. i have a homemade oven and am currrently fabricating a new one just for frames. im gettin tired of driving)

for small stuff a standard house oven will get the job done quick fast and in a hurry. most home garages have 220v in them and a used oven will run ya $75.

also...get the book chris waters turned me on to from eastwood.
