Not a bad deal. I see it's an 85 or 86 LT. You should have lots of fun on it.
First thing I would do is tear it down and grease/replace all bearings. Chain looks a lil loose... Easier adjusting on that quad than the 87-up LTs.

I'm honestly not every good with engines, I've always wanted to learn but I'm always afraid I will mess something up. I know a guy who has been riding lt250r's and 250r's since they came out who would do all my work. I dont have a manual, so I really dont know how to tighten the chain. I know you loosen the 4-bolts, but I dont know where to go from there. This is my first 2-stroke, and my first 250 2-stroke I have ever ridden, only 125 dirt bikes. And this thing is FAST.
Also its a 1985, and its not that clean anymore
