    Throttle switch

    what exactly do you have to do with the throttle switch if you were to change throttle housings and y?

    The TPS runs through the CDI box. The switch tricks the CDI box into thinking you still have it hooked up.

    cant you just splice it together then like the 450r or yfz and get rid of the button??

    No - since it runs through the CDI you can't splice them together. The switch isn't that big of deal just turn the key on push the button and your good until you turn the key off again.
