    Strator and CCA bat question??

I am running old style hotcams with no decomp.

Just put in DRZ base gasket and Wisco 13.5:1 hi comp piston.

Brand new fully charged battery. Will not turn over fast or hard enough to start quad.

Hook up jumpers to truck and it turns over faster and harder and starts everytime.

    B.A. battery

OK, so I found a really nice 310 CCA battery.

But I have a Question...If I install this bat does that mean I will need a better stator? Or will my stocker recharge this one just like normal?
The list of what I don't have would be smaller....

I don't really have an answer for yea,but I have an idea. You could run a dual battery setup. There are alot of guys that run two batteries for quicker starts. Most that I seen them on are 06-newer TRX450R'S(ELECTRIC START)
