    Maxxis M940 18x9x8

    Anybody have any reccomendations on where the best place is to get these tires?Thanks.........

    Is this maxis tire good for MX??? Is it heavier than the snowhogs?

    It is a little heavier than the snow hog but it is a larger tire too.Alot of the Hondas are running these for mx.

    Anyone using these for mx,i just bought a set for my sons Apex and i am wondering if its a good alround tire for diffrent surfaces.

    We put them on put them on our 90 mod and really noticed a difference. We had to play with tire pressures a little but they work good.

    Thank you for the input,so i guess we will do god with these,the Duro AT 18-9.50-8 we have on now are shoot and we are ready to put on the Maxxis.

    ITP makes a similar tire. Both are good mx tires, but the ITP's have a larger side tread and seem to hook up better in the turns.

    Are you refering to the new 18x8x8 ?

    I havent seen a set myself. Do you know what they weigh ?

    The big bike ones are just too heavy for a miniquad.
