    05 Brute Force Overheating

MY 2005 BRUTE FORCE STARTED OVER HEATING AND MY FAN ISN'T WORKING. I CHECKED THE BREAKER UNDER SEAT AND ITS OK. RODE THE MACHINE AND THE TEMP LIGHT CAME ON AND THE FAN NEVER TURNED ON. COULD IT BE OVER HEATING CAUSE THE FAN ISN'T WORKING? IS THERE WAY TO TEST THE FAN?
    PLEASE HELP

I bet your problem is with the buss connector. If you are unfarmiliar with what this is, go over the Highlifter forums, there is a full write up

    solved

Thanks for the reply. i found the problem lastnight. for some reason i was missing a radiator fan mount bolt and the fan blade couldn't spin, it was bound up against the radiator. i replaced the bolt and shimed it out a little. i reset the breaker and all is good. i also wired in a manual switch just in case.
