2001 sportsman 500 HO electric problem??

Hey guys... so if anyone could help me that would be awsome! My lights that tell you N R all that, dont light up anymore.. my head lights and hand warmers and that stuff all still has power though. my winch makes sounds but it doesnt go in or out.. and my electric starter wont work either! ive tested all the wires that i know are supposed to have power for sure, and they all have power.
any ideas?

What kind of sound is the winch making? If it's a clicking noise, you may have a bad solenoid. This could cause the starting/lighting issue as well. Not sure, just throwing out a thought.

I dont know if it makes a difference to the problem or not, but when the quad is idioling the headlights are so dim there almost out. thats been happening for a while.
