Piston welded to the cyllinder wall. (siezed)

Whats wrong isn't what you want to worry about. It's what caused it. Jetting, lack of oil, overheat, etc...

My guesses..... Broken valve, broken ring, rod/crank bearing failure.

gonna need some more info before anyone can diagnose that problem. Could be as simple as the kicker gear binding or the spring breaking and wedging in the teeth(which has happened)

I agree, need more info. If you put it in gear can you roll the bike and see if the engine turns?
Same thing happened to a buddy, kicker would not move, rolled it in gear, wasn't locked, pull started it, and ran fine.
The problem ended up being in the kicker istelf.

The decompression adjustment may have come loose to the point that you are kicking under full compression of the motor. It's not likely, but it's happened before. Kicker is extremely hard when it does this.

It could be alot of things really. It's more than likely the crank though.

mc racer is right. take the plug out, put it in gear, and roll it around. if the piston doesn't move then start tearing it down...
