Anyone notice...2009 plastic bolts???

What do they mean by plastic bolts??? Where are these plastic bolts?? I'm assuming they're for holding the fenders on or something???

maybe something to do with the gas tank bolts. i know im having problems with that little fitting in the gas tank just spinning. hopefully they changed something to do with that

I'm having the same issues as I tried to remove the front shrouds and one side is free spinning.

I called my dealer about it and he's supposed to be contacting KTM about a warranty claim for me.
