Honda fourtraxx 2x4-4x4???

My friend has a couple older fourwheelers he was going to give me.. They are two honda 300's one 4x4 and one 2x4, the 4x4 has a rusted out frame and the 2x4's is alright still. Im wondering if the running gear from the 4x4 will fit in the 2x4 frame or if its completely different. Any help would be appreciated since I cant go look at it myself.

Yes. Should all be bolt up. Then u end up with alot spare parts.
