    Lug nuts for aftermarket rims?

With aftermarket rims, what kind of lug nuts are you using? I wouldnt think that the stock ones would work seeing that they are just a nut with a washer.

Front or rear? The front hubs dont use a normal lug nut. The studs in the hubs are a different thread than normal. But the ones used are tapered. Weird nuts, but will work with a tapered rim.

for the rear. The can am rims fit perfectly on the stud, and the aftermarkets use a centering lug. I didnt know if I would eggshape the aftermarket rim with using that weird can am lug nut.

If you have a rim with a tapered hole, like a douglas ultimate wheel, you need to find a 10x1.50 tapered lug nut for the wheel. Every other quad out there uses a 10x1.25 wheel stud, but BRP needed to be different I guess. You can use the suck lugnuts for any other wheel as long as it sits flush with the wheel. Having a tapered wheel and not using a tapered lugnut, will eventually wreck the wheel, and it's very likely the wheel will become loose as well.
