Brashear, TX – The final round of the Extreme Dirt Track Series is finally underway after being delayed for a week due to Hurricane Rita, and atleast this weekend their aren’t any tropical storms to worry about and the weather in Texas is HOT with temps in the 90’s with beautiful blue skies, and the track is in perfect condition.

Unfortunately, there is only around 200 riders in attendance, which is probably due to the high gas prices and schedule change, but regardless, it still will be a great day of racing as everything has been run smooth as silk compared to the fiasco at Paducah.

Everything is running ahead of schedule with many of the Main events completed already and only a few remaining races to run this evening. A break in the racing action will occur shortly with it resuming at 7PM Central time with the Pro Am Unlimited & Production races followed by the Pro Heats. To finish out this season of racing the women will be the last main event before the Pro Main which will probably occur around 10-11PM Eastern Time, so check back late tonight for some live race coverage of the Main Event.

Once the racing action resumes at 8PM Eastern, ATVriders.com will begin to give some updates every hour or so from the track to keep those up to date on the results for those unable to make the long trip to Texas this weekend.
