    rzr rev limiter

if there is anyone that can help me out here i would appreciate it...
i have an 08 ploaris rzr and i am looking to take off or eliminate the rev limiter.
from 0-60 its great but thats all there is... i would like to see it go faster.
would a clutch kit help this? or would u have to find the rev limiter and disable it or take it off?
    any info would help

    thanks

you can have you ECU remapped and that will add from 500 to 700 more rpm's. but you risk the chance of your stock crank coming apart.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Exactly. Unfortunately the way this thing was built you can't raise the rev limiter much or it will come apart on you.

If you take it in to the dealer, for $40 they take off the clutch limiter (I think thats what its called). The RZR S doesn't have it to begin with. Buddy just had it done, said it was worth it. Maybe that's the spacer you ^^^ just mentioned.
