    stainless bolt kit?

    Anyone have any luck with a stainless bolt kit like on ebay? Isent stainless way more brittle than steel so wont they snap?

    stainless wont rust. i found a complete set on there for about 110 shipped. i think about 400 peices?

    Bought the stainless engine bolt kit, waiting on the parts to put back together and see how it looks

    its not the rust or looks that worrys me its the bolts that hold the a-arms together snaping off cause stainless bolts dont bent they just snap off so any one runing one of theses kits?

    you should be fine, I highly doubt they'll break.

    If your that worried about it, they make zinc coated steel bolt kits. Same steel bolts but zinc coated so they wont rust, but are just as shiny as stainless.

    Oh yes, steel has flex, stainless is tough but has no torsional strength...it breaks as its flexing.

    uhhhhm, I forget. You can find them on ebay though.

    They are cheaper than the SS, but like I said, they are regular steel but zinc coated so its still rust proof and have the flexibilty of steel.
