    m.p.h.

    Anyone know just how fast a raptor 250 is stock? And if I were to go one sprocket tooth smaller on front. How fast would it go then? On top end.

    most likely mid 50s, and gearing changes will just sacrifice acceleration, trust me, for the 1 or 2 mph you pick up you wont even feel it, on the other hand you will feel the acceleration lost

    I guess I was misunderstood. what I'm trying to gain is acceleration.

    no your right every 1 tooth you drop in the front its the same as adding 3 in the back...so if you drop a tooth in the front you will gain accleration and loose a little topend

    does anyone know where a guy can buy a 13 tooth front sprocket for a raptor 250? my dealer cant help me.
