    Steering bar replacement

    hi guys,

    need some help....

my friend roll my bike on track and the steering bar bent, i already got a new one but the problem is to take out the steering bar.

even the dealer still dont have manuals, they only have drafts for maintenance.

is there some kind of technique / way to take the bar out?

    thanks....

Remove plastic, remove radiator top bolts and plastic side panels.
Tilt the radiator and rotate toward the front of the quad to get to the front bearing bolt.
Remove both bearing bolts along with the tierod ends and top clamp bolts that go through upper mount. Pull stem toward front and remove.

Use a large screw driver as a wedge to remove tie rods from flag-drive between the flange on the tie rod and the flag!
This should help you out- had to learn as we went when changing to our new Houser stem!
