    '06 90 RR. brake " mechanical mess"

IMO the the '06 apex 90 rear brake system is a mess !...
plus the kid dont like the wacky style rear brake pedal ..

anyone ever modded or reworked the system ?

what did ya do ..what parts did you use ?

    got any pics?

I am gonna do something different using a foot pedal ..so any help or suggestions would be helpful
I have the quad torn down for maintenance, powdercoating & engine mods etc etc ....so now is the time to do it

I am talking about the rear brake system for the '06 90 ..it has disc brakes ..its not the caliper, brake or rotor set up thats the problem

...,,,its the pedal & mess for working master cylinder ......

& something can be done !!!!

There is a kit you can get from any Apex dealer that will convert the old cable operated hydraulic to the new style that the apex uses now. Or, you could do away with the pedal all together and go with a hand brake like an eton. All you would need is the eton brake line and an eton handbrake with master cylinder. Hope this helps.
