    650 prairy front brakes?

my front brakes quit working on my 02 650 prairy i took the front wheels off to find metal on metal, not much pad left. i replaced the pads and bled the system by pumping the lever then holding it in and loosening the bleed screw then tightening it again, i did it for about an hour switching from left to right caliper each time the brakes now will slow me down but the lever doen't have much power it goes right to the bar sometimes, any tricks to bleeding em?

Get some long clear hose, put it on the bleeder and suck the brake fluid through and tighten up the bleeder. Make sure you keep enough fluid in the rezzy and DO NOT GET THE BRAKE FLUID IN YOUR MOUTH!
