    Smile ya'll aint gonna beleive this!

    well i blew my motor a couple of days ago and so i finally went out today and tore the motor down and found that the stock piston sleave everything was still in there! that mean that the piston, rings, valeves, etc. is alomst 16 years old!! i just kinda thought that was cool. ive never heard of a quad this old haveing everything stock like this in the motor, but alas it all must go. im putting a 292 kit in there from Profab soon.

    i just scored the cylinder on my 88 tri z 250 and while tearing it apart, (the guy i bought it frum this past year said it had a wiseco piston and rings and a new connecting rod in it) i proceded to find all stock parts, naturally ur not gonna check these things before you buy it, you would usually take sum1s word but we are gunna give that old man a call and see if i can get the parts that were suppose to be in it, actually in it.

    yea the guy i baught mine from said it had a port and polish but there wasnt. but i only paid 1500 for mine so i dont really care.:blah

    When I bought my R stock in 1999.It still had the original piston,rings everything.Completly stock from the tires to the reeds.It still had the tool box with the tools in it to.Paid 2500 for it.

    It was still fast enough to beat a stock 400ex!I was very impressed whenever I found it was still the original stuff.So I know how you feel.
