I was maybe looking at getting a 450 wolverine, How do you like it? I was just looking at getting a 4x4 that was light and nimble and has good power I am 5'4" 140lbs. Also wondering if maybe a 500 scrambler would be a good choice.

The quad isnt mine but it runs ok. Im just helping lend a hand in getting it to run better. A 500 Scrambler will smoke the yamaha and in my opinion rides nicer too.

The scrambler and wolvi have been the only sport utes for years.

The scrammy will out perform the wolvi. The scrammy has not been changed in years though. So find a left over 07 and you can get awesome deals on the 08's. Check out gen3usa.com for more scrammy info. It is a fun easy to ride machine that can run fast but still get through the mud.

The new 500 is the same as the original except for the smaller motor. . Last year they ran a 500 motor in the renegade at the gncc. So now they have the production bike. $$$ is the real story. These things cost alot more than yyou can pick up the others at.

I have heard mixed reviews on it.

I loved my scrambler when i had it. It was alot faster than the new wolverines i tried out. My only problem was it is a very heavy machine and still chain drive. I liked the design of the new wolverine alot better. I think a magazine i saw did a build up on one of the new 450 wolverines. I will check when i get home to see what magazine it was.
