    1st Annual Mid East Olympics Jan 5th and 6th

    This coming weekend, the Mid East crew are going to try their hands at a new style of racing - Olympics!
    Riders will compete in 5 events. At each event you will be graded on fastest to slowest - after all five events, the rider with the overall average of fastest times will be our Gold Medal winner. Qualifying is done on Saturday, where top five in each class will go to Sunday to compete for the Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

    Mile Cross Country Loop
    Papa Dick's Hill Climb
    Quarter Mile Grass Track
    Dead Engine Drag Race
    Enduro-Cross

    Congrats to Norm Cornell for his first Pro Class win. Norm and Gary Bryson were tied going into the last race of the Main Event on Sunday. In the Enduro-cross, it came down to who could get out of the mud fastest! Congratulations on everyone that came for making our First Annual Olympics a blast. We are thinking about hosting the Second Annual Olympics this summer since we had so much fun.

    Bonnie. I could have probably beat Norm but my "walker" got hung up in my handle bars!? did you hear what Norm called me?
