The x-4 is what people run on 300's and some stock 400's the x-6 is for 400's and 450's

i'm thunking aboute getting the x-6 with the tax return does it have that good of mid to top end power? thats what im looking for

the curtis sparks in general is the best exhaust you can buy for the 400ex. X-4 is for more stock motors and a few other mods and x-6 is more for big bore
Im tired of repeating myself on this one but the x-4 isnt just for stock engines. It depends where you want your power. x-4 is for low to mid and x-6 is for mid to top. It doesnt have anything to do with displacement.
There is no "best" pipe for any machine. There are to many different pipes, that make power in completely different areas.
It all depends on what type of riding your doing and where you want your power to be at.
