    Quad isn't starting,QUICK replays plz!!

Maybe you guys can tell me why my 2001 400ex isnt starting.
I just did a little ride of 30min with it, he was going very well.
After the ride, i waited like 2 hours and washed it. After washing it, i tryed to start it but he don't want to. He is doing the sound but isnt starting. Maybe i sent some water in the muffler washing it but he should start anyway right ? Well do you know whats the problem ??I also tryed with the choke..

    * sorry for my english i usually speak french...

    Thx in advance....

sounds like you washed out the electrics. try taking a hair drier and drying the electrics off.

Mine never starts after I clean it either. Seriousally I think the cold water has something to do with it, and you could of got water in some places that need to dry first.

Check your Spark Plug and see what color it is.

water in the air filter won't hurt it. It actually will improve performance because the mist cools the air. It's an old drag car thing to have water injection into the heads. Rusted out exhaust systems like crazy though....
