Rath Nerfs for 06 TRX450er

Anybody ever installed these before? Having a hell of a time gettin the front mount in the frame without messing things up. Anyone with tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated at this time.

It's not too bad. Just take your time. You have to get it just right for it to go.

Is your frame gusseted?

It will be. Pappy has it now. I sent my nerf bar mount so he could cut those gussets down.

yeah I just got mine back from Pappy today. I told him that I was running the Rath nerfs though. I didn't get the nerfs in until yesterday.

Do you have the bar in the frame and can't get it to reach the motor mount, or can't you get it in the frame at all?

can't get it into the frame at all. I can get one of the mounts through but not the other.

Yeah mine was a tight fit as well. I took a dead blow hammer and bent the mounts in a tiny bit. Then i used a rubber mallet to get it up into place. take your time itll fit.
