High Compression Piston

If you change to a high compression piston, will the starter still work?, or you can only use the kickstarter.

The starter should work fine. We are running a high compression piston in the race bike and it starts fine.

If you install a HP piston kit & race cam - you really need to go with the heavier clutches also.....

Thanks. I was worried about the starter. My son still has a hard time using the kickstart.
