Which : 450 or 525 ?

Which one will be the best to buy ? which one is the most powerfullest ? , best power to weight ? for mx and enduro ?

I assume (but don't know) the 450 and 525 would be similar in weight, and from what I've heard about the same price. So get the 525 unless you're in a 450cc limited displacement class.

I was told the 450 will have "different" power than the 525, more explosive track type power. Would probably be more fun in the dunes that way.

i think the 525 will hit harder in the low to mid range than the 450. either way, both would be great in the dunes are on the track.

The 525 is actually a big bore, instead of stroked on this model.

It should have a bit more power all around, but won't rev out as high due to the larger piston.

But this is simply my specualtion.

According to the dealer I bought from the 450 is a long stroke and the 525 is short stroke.

the mx nationals u can only have a 450 or smaller

The word from a few GNCC guys hopping on KTM next year, the 450 is a beast and just great power all through the RPMS
The 525 is from what a hear an extremely fast rev'r with a ton of power, almost too much to ride effectively(through the woods atleast was my understanding) And this was from an XC-1 guy. .
I like that kind of power hahaha
