    trx90 vs. 125xtreme

as for speed is the xtreme 125 much faster/quicker than the trx90 ? as far as the ride goes i would think it handles better due to the suspension. i might sell the trx to get an xtreme 125. any thoughts?

In terms of speed, I really don't think there's much difference on these bikes stock from the factory. But you'll surely have to put quite a bit of money into a TRX to get it setup like the Typhoon.

thats why i 'm looking at the xtreme. i can get one at stillwater xtreme for $1699.00 it would cost the same if not more for a full trx90 suspension. my son is out riding his trx, he is bottoming out the suspension, afraid he's gonna get hurt.

Just to let you know plan on spending $1300 for a set of Ekla's for the Extreme. The stockers are not that great!

When compared to a stock TRX shocks, or any of the other stock brands for that matter, they perform like aftermarkets .

from all the reading ive done im sure it could use better shocks, but he just turned 8 last week. maybe by the time he wears them out i can afford to buy some better ones. also he wont be racing that much, mostly trails and the dunes.
