Is the belt spinning while it's running? If so than you've got some broken tranny gears to replace.

yes it is at a idle
With the cover off grab the rear clutch bell and try to turn it should move the rear wheels. If it does gears should be good. Next I would check the 3 shoe clutch and bell if the bell is discolored thats more than likely whats wrong. The stock FRC clutches do not last long. If the belt is slipping there should be alot of black dust.
