    Exclamation Big Problem!!! Help Me God!!!

    ok i have just put about $1200 of aftermarket parts into my warrior to get it where i want it inculing a whole new exhaust and my jetting is supposed to be correct according to fmf and my local shop, but when i get it to like half throttle in a gear it bogs until i shift it then it runs fine till i give it some more gas and i have to shift it and it does this in every gear and in 6th it bogs at half throttle, so im stumped and i need some sugggestions on what might be wrong! please help so i can get back going again!!
    1996 Yamaha Warrior 350
    -PC candy apple red frame
    -G-Force extended rear axle
    -Tusk Front sport bumper
    -HMF Sport Series Pipe
    -FMF Hi-Flo Header Pipe
    -Tusk Front wheel spacers
    -Moose bars
    -K&N Air Filter
    -Holeshots
    -Red Powermadd handguards
    -MORE TO COME!!

    What was the main jet stock and what do you have in there now?

    the stock main jet is like a 145-147 and i have a 157.5 in there now

    One thing to try is to put the airbox lid back on and see if it helps, if it helps that would tell you you are too lean.

    If you have it on already, take it off if it helps, if it does then your too rich

    By best guess would be a 165-170 but i never delt with youir motor before

    But something is telling me the main fell out. Check that first

    another way to check is to look at your spark plug to see the condition (ie;lean or rich).also see if the engine runs better with the choke on, if you can get it to run better at a setting of choke keep putting bigger jets in, or if you don't want to mess with jetting go buy an edelbrock carb. they are kind of spendy but are fairly easy to adjust and make great power! good luck!

    your main is way too high iam running a 148 with pipe open air box and kn filter and hot cams
