slow jet ?

I just rebuild my carb with a rebuild kit, and the jetting is off. If im reading my manual right the air/fuel screw is right behind the idle screw, and i cant seem to get to it with a screwdriver. So my question is the screw im talking about the right screw? And if it is what is the best way to get to it?

i found it easyest to loosen the clamps and tip the carb on the side, and then u can turn it easly
