You don't need to pre-book tickets just turn up and pay on the gate. The track is just outside the small town of Pont-de-vaux in france. So if you stay anywhere nearby you can drive to the track. I think Lyon is the nearest airport but I guess you will go to Paris. Its only about half days drive from Paris.
I have only stayed at the track because I was racing so can't comment on hotels. I imagine the big holiday/hotel websites can help you out with that (booking.com, expedia?)
