no link rear suspension
I have an 05 exc 250 ktm, If the non linkage rear works like the bikes heres what to expect. Initail impacts when not riding real hard will be felt more and produce a choppy ride in loose conditions and some side kick, compared to linkage systems it acts stiffer on initial hits. If you are really riding hard this is less apparent. By the way the front forks are not much to brag about either. The suspension can be improved but bring cash. Dont get me wrong I like my ktm it is well made and reliable, and I will consider owning one of there quads, but there suspension as of 05 was not as good as most japanese equipment. Read some older mx and dirt bike mags they will say about the same as me. ride hard Mild Bill
