I USUALLY KEEP IT AROUND 5 PSI. DEPENDS ON WHERE I AM RIDING, BUT SOMETIMES I DROP DOWN TO ABOUT 3 PSI OR GO AS HIGH AS 7 PSI. REMEMBER IT DOESN'T SOUND LIKE A BIG CHANGE, BUT .5 POUND OF AIR PRESSURE IS 10% AT 5 PSI. MAKE SURE YOU USE A GOOD LOW PRESSURE GAUGE AND THAT THE TIRES PRESSURES MATCH EXACTLY.

What kind of pressure gauges do you guys use? I'm having trouble getting an accurate reading at such low pressure.

I BOUGHT A LOW PRESSURE DIGITAL TIRE GAUGE. IT READS 0-15 PSI IN .1 INCREMENTS. ITS FROM ACCUTIRE, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PICK ONE UP OFF EBAY FOR ABOUT 35-40$
