    WHAT NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED WHEN IT STARTS POPPING WHEN YOU LET OFF THE GAS ,IS IT TOO RICH?

    Sounds like it is running lean. Jump up a jet size.

    check the gap on the spark plug first then try the air fuel mixture screw
