    Question Rejetting

I have an 06 brute force that i recently put a dalton clutch kit, HMF slip on pipe, and a dyno jet kit. I cant get the thing to jet right. Has any one else had trouble with this what should i run for jets????

Is it a 650 or 750? I believe HMF suggests you go with 165 (factory style) front and rear of the 650.

HMF recommends 165's front and rear. I have an 08 650I and put a HMF on it bout a month ago. Didn't run right so i ordered the 165's from keihin and threw em in. No adjustments were necessary and she runs like a dream now.

You may be having trouble with the dynojet needles we alway use the stock needles and just shim them if needed

I've never had any luck with dyno jet kits. They are a pain. Throw it over your shoulder and chalk it up to experience. Listen to these other guys. Go back to your stock needles, and try the jets that HMF recommends, or what these guys are telling you since they are all saying the same thing.

Here is HMF's site. Just find your quad and the type of pipe it has then look at recommended jetting specs.

Do you have a link for Keihin? I'm lookin' at putting a HMF swamp series on my 08 650i.
