If you don't find it try HOT QUADS in Alabama 334-705-0084 .If it fits a DRR then he has got it in stock 99% of the time .

Marc is great I bought them from him and I usually buy my stuff from him also ,but his shipping is slow most of the time. For some reason UPS takes about a week from him location.

I guess you are quiet far from the deep south , I am lucky I live in Ga takes only 1 day shipping. Bulldog has got 1 also I bet, but hes is in Fla , would still take several days unless you overnight or something .I not aware of any dealers close to you that keep good stock of parts but maybe 1 will respond. good luck

I have a complete chain tensioner set up in stock (new)....

Have you looked at any aftermarket types?

I have taken them off at times.....I wouldn't be too worried to run without a tensioner

unless it was a National Race and you were in the points contention....

I took off of our 90 to do some testing and it has not been put back on yet...no issues

I can get it out to you on Monday if you want.....

UPS 2 day service for Wed delivery

Let me know if I can help

    Bulldog,

Thanks for the info. I guess that's what I wanted to hear. It's ok to run it without, I didn't know if it would be a problem. I guess I will replace at my leisure then.

    Thanks for the reply's.

What aftermarket ones would you recommend?

The chain tensioner is in place to keep pressure off the frt sprocket shaft. The chain will pull tight on the frt sproket under jumping and break transmissions. The chain will stay on without it but when your jumping the chain tightens in its range of motion and yanks on the frt sprocket. The tensioner allows slack in chain and will flex to allow pressure to be released off frt sprocket.
