I just replaced all of them on my blaster and it was $20. To remove I used a set of channel locks on the non threaded parts.

Thread two nuts on the stud, get them up close to one another. Use the bottom one to remove the stud, it will jamb up against the top one and when enough torque is applied the stud should start turning.

A box end wrench should work. If you use a socket both nuts will turn.
