Does anyone know what the intake and exhaust valve clearance is supposed to be.
My daughter brought her 2004, 250ex over to my house and the thing sounds like a diesel when it's running with all the noise in the top end.
Any help would be appreciated.

According to the online service manual both intake and exhaust clearance are:
0.13 mm or 0.005 in

Yes, the problem is; it is not free.
My 250ex is an 07, and I received one year free access. It is $7 to renew. You have to register your VIN number, etc.
