AFTER READING THIS I DECIDED TO GIVE THE TUSK NERFS A TRY. BOY AM I GLAD I DID. I GOT THE RED BARS WITH BLACK WEBBING. THEY ARE NICE!! VERY SOLID, AND EASY TO INSTALL. TWO SMALL HOLES ON THE FRONT OF EACH PEG, AND A COUPLE U-BOLTS TO THE FRAME. I AM A HEAVIER GUY, AND THEY FEEL VERY SOLID!! LOOK GREAT TOO!!

    ALEXANDERJASON,

Where did buy the Tusk nerfs?
When I look on the Rockymtn website it doesn't show available for the 250ex.

you have to put in 2005 for the year, but they worked on my 2007. i have found that alot of the things do not show as available when you put in 2007 as the year model on rockymountainatv's site. i just bought some moose handguards too, and they say they only fit 01-05, but i thought i would take my chances. i will let you know!!

Were you able to use them with you stock mud guards?
I read in another nerf bar post in this forum that the 2006-7 had different mud guards and earlier year's nerf bars required removing them.
