    125 throttle return spring

Has anyone softened up the throttle return spring and if so what did you do? It seems the spring is a little to hard for my son so i need to lighten it up a little. Thanks !!

A LITTLE TIP I'VE PICKED UP. TURN THE THROTTLE ASSEMBLY FORWARD OR CLOCKWISE. IT EISIER TO PUSH DOWN THAN FORWARD OR EVEN UP. JUST MY 2 CENTS

We cut 21/2 coils off the return spring and bend it flat again...also remove the return spring from the throttle assy. and finally a thin coat of white grease on throttle arm and lube cable.
Turning the throttle up helps also...we use easy pull throttles if thats not soft enough.
