First off what wt. of tranny oil everyone using in the quad.?

Also just ordered a ASV shorty clutch lever, should help get the rear brake handle back closer to the bars. Will report back on the lever when i get it installed this week.

Don't think there is anything possible for the front brakes???? since both lines are routed up to the perch.

what bolt pattern are the front and rears, along with offset?

looking for some aftermarket aluminum rims

bolt pattern 4/110 same as the rear on a 400ex....the best place that i have found to get tires and wheels are recreationtires.com

what you running for tranny oil?

not bad on prices, whats everyone think for strength? for xc racing. i was thinking the .160's but didn't know if i could get by with .125's???

I run 85W-80 Honda Red for the Tranny oil, you will need 8x6, 3+3 for front and rear, unless you want 3+5 rears and flip them to keep the width correct, I ordered from RockyMountainATV, search for 2003 Arctic Cat 90, quad made by Kymco, same bolt pattern and offset

I got the .125 for my son's 50. I figured the quad is so light that it would never bend the .125's. He has been jumping and everything and havent had a problem yet. Its all in what you want. My son's are the 2n+4n 8x6. This is what i ordered for his.

I just put in 10w40 castrol.

LOL! OOPS! Mine is the exact same manual, even shows the engine oil-I didnt see the little sae90 below the chart though. I thought 10w40 was kinda strange for the trans. I better change that out LOL! Thanks!

ok everyone, got the ASV F1 lever. it's gonna work great, but you'll have to get rid of the stock housing on the left side of bars, gonna get a start button and, bypass the safety switch to start.

i'll get pics up some day.

if anyone else does anything kool to those lil goose fiddy's post up what ya do!

also how does those snow hog tires hook up compared to the stock tires. the stockers look and do great just wondered about the HOGS
