Four Stroke Tech has a big bore kit for a 300ex that bores it all the way out to 354cc. Woulden't the sleeve have to be really thin or would the cylinder need to be machined to fit the new sleeve? Has anyone ever bought this.

are you sure its FST? their website says they only make 330, 380, and 390 kits for them.

That kit would have to come with a new sleeve, I think after .120 (305cc's) You cannot go any further, if any. With a new sleeve you will have to get your old one pressed out and the new one pressed in by a machine or possilby by your local honda shop.

FST sells 380/390 kits and the sleeve he runs with those kits has the same thickness as the stock bore sleeve.
