    Thumbs down DMC pipes

i went riding today. i dragged a guy with an 04 V. he had K&N, DMC alien pipes and clutch mod. i ran neck and neck with him every time. mine is bone stock. i dont get it. we both got good launchs. you would think that those mods would smoke mine?

    tires, weight ??
sometimes just because they did mods doesn't mean they have the bike tuned properly, not just that but if he had a pipe on and filter without jetting it probably is actually slower than stock

or maybe he was a puss and didn't want to flip the bike so he wasn't nailing the throttle
