I've got a 95 300ex and i've only rebuilt it once since then. To me they are a geat quad no matter what year they are.

I dont think you will find anyone with anything bad to say about 300ex's except people who have never owned one.

I prefer the 300ex over justabout any bike its super nimble and feather like to me.. im hoping the 350x engine keeps it that way just a little more balls to it.. i sold my 400 to buy and build the 2000 300ex i had

i hav a 1987 250x and it is perfect for all aroud riding. its never even been rebuilt
